Shipping & Returns
We do our best to ship your order the next business day.
We offer first class mail, priority mail or UPS. Please note that the flat rate shipping is first class mail. Most shipments take 3-5 business days to arrive.
You will get an e-mail with confirmation number and tracking information anywhere in the United States once the items are shipped. Be sure to offer a vailed e-mail.
For international orders we process shipments within two days from receipt of order. Shipping times will vary.
International shipments are assessed based on weight. Taxes, customs and dues are the responsibility of the customer. Your country will assess the dues and inform you when items are ready for pick up. We are not responsible for packages not picked up.
We offer expediated shipping Please note expediated orders must be received before 12 Noon EST in order to go out the same date.
Eidway has a fixed shipping policy based on your order totals. See chart below. Please note these shipping rates are for United States ONLY.

Shipping to Canada ----- Shipping times may vary in Canada than the United States. International shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at check out. Customs and duty are the responsibility of the customer.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receipt your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note you must notify us within 3 days of items delivered missing or damaged due to shipments. Failing to do so, will result in return request denied. There will be a restocking fee of 10% for return items less shipping. We do not return shipping as it is an expense incurred for you. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless approved by us.
Steps to return items:
1. Contact us by e-mail stating reason for return. e-mail: Info@eidway.com
2. You should hear from us within 3 business days. If you do not hear from us, the e-mail may not have come through.

3. When returning the items please use priority mail with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items you return without tracking.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please when returning the items send it with tracking so that we can track the items. Do not forget to include in the box your order number and your information, so we can locate your order. Failing to do so might result in refund denied.
Eidway is not responsible for lost or damaged items you return without tracking.
Eidway is not responsible for mail theft. This is a federal crime and you will have to address it with post office and authorities.
Eidway is not responsible for lost shipments due to wrong address, returned to sender or undeliverable due to Post office attempt of delivery and failed
Eidway is not responsible for customers not picking up their packages from post office due to failed delivery attempt.
Items returned will be subject to 10% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping.
If items are not returned we will not process refund.
